The menu as it stands
The dinner is built around wheat pizza dough, fresh mozzarella, cold cuts and vegetables from the fields, followed by a seasonal first course and a traditional dessert. No special-diet menu is part of the booking.
If you do not eat meat or dairy
No vegetarian, vegan or dairy-free menu is promised with the booking. The appetiser is cold cuts with mozzarella and the pizza is made with wheat dough, so vegetarians should ask the host about the other dishes before they travel.
Gluten and allergies
The dough is wheat and the whole class is built around it. Anyone with coeliac disease or a serious allergy should not rely on a swap at the table; message the host through your booking confirmation first and decide with the answer in hand.
Wine and limoncello
Water and wine come with the dinner, and the class finishes with tastings of wine, extra-virgin olive oil and limoncello. If you do not drink alcohol, ask for water or another drink when you arrive.
The restaurant lesson
The 90-minute lesson at the restaurant includes water, soft drinks and wine, along with a tasting of olive oil and mozzarella, so a non-drinker has soft drinks on the list.
Children
One parent mentions the animals and a play area on the farm-tour option. For any allergy involving a child the same rule holds: write to the host before booking, not on the day.
