Practical points

QuestionAnswer
Where is the meeting point?Parcheggio Vallone dei Mulini, Via Fuorimura 16, Sorrento
How long is the van ride?About 20 minutes each way
What shoes?Closed, comfortable shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed on the farm tour
Is it wheelchair accessible? No; people with mobility impairments are listed as unsuited

Finding the right floor

Wait on the first floor of the car park, which is one floor above street level, beside the handrail where the stairs or lift come out on the right-hand side. Do not wait at the entrance. The host arrives in a grey van or a yellow Fiat Panda and wears a straw hat.

Shoes that work

The farm-tour option asks for comfortable shoes and says sandals and flip-flops are not allowed. Closed shoes are sensible for the dinner class too, since the ground at a working farm is grass and paths.

When the weather turns

The pizza class is normally held in the open air. When conditions do not allow that, the farm has a covered room with a wood oven, and everything can still be done. Only in the worst weather is the whole class cancelled, and then the cancellation brings a full refund.

The farm walk

On the farm-tour option, the walk through the crops, vineyard and animals can be dropped on safety grounds while the rest of the day goes on. If the walk is the reason you book, check the forecast the day before.

Mobility

The farm class is not suitable for people with mobility impairments, and the van transfer is part of the class. If someone in your party needs wheelchair access, the restaurant lesson is the option listed as accessible.

The ticket

The ticket is a mobile ticket, available immediately in the GetYourGuide app and on the website, so you can show it on your phone at the meeting point. Nothing needs printing, and the instructors speak English.
